We can reduce our costs using partial mechanization. It is possible to reduce the cost of products such as almond, walnut and pistachio in hard shell fruits. In many countries, manufacturers have focused on this issue. The most important point here is that we know that the cost of labor. It is the biggest input of the producers. The labor cost of manufacturers is constantly increasing all over the world. Labor and fuel costs are increasing, but peach and apple production is experiencing a decline. ”
